“The food is always great. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Xander, who took our order, was very personable and responsive. I let him know the napkins were empty and after re-filling them he thought to bring napkins to our table. That might sound like an obvious next step, but I have found this to be a rare attribute in a lot of restaurant employees, to go the extra mile. He checked in with our table regularly to ensure we had what we needed, and also offered to clear our table when finished. These little things are reasons that my family loves coming to Buona. “We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and Jordan and Nicole were so welcoming. They helped make suggestions on coffee and tea. The drinks were very well made and Jordan asked if we would like the banana bread we bought warmed up. Such nice personal touches in the coffee shop. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are ever in the area.“

“The food was phenomenal! I love Reubens and was excited to try theirs. Smokey and full of flavor, the smoke on it was just the right amount and meat was fall apart tender and not fatty at all. The peach sangria was the best white sangria I’ve had in a long time, not too sweet with a bit of citrus, my only regret was not ordering the bottle because it was 1/2 price bottles! Our server was very attentive, offering us suggestions and options when needed and checked in frequently to make sure we were ok. ( the kind of service you’d like but very rarely get anywhere anymore) Overall 10/10 and will definitely be back- Kids were happy with the kids menu, all the usuals were available“

“Was there last Friday. Food and service were excellent. They were out of the Stagg bourbon that I ordered…which was priced at $30 a pour. The waiter asked if I would like to substitute EH Taylor Small Batch instead…which is priced at $17 per pour in the menu. I said that would be fine. I watched them bring the bottle out which I recognized as Small Batch. The bourbon was excellent. Received my bill and was charged the $30 for the Stagg. Pointed it out to the waiter and he said oh no, the bourbon we substituted for you is priced much higher at $47 a pour and we gave that to you for the same price since we were out of the Stagg. I said, no you gave me the EH Taylor Small Batch which is priced at $17 on the menu. He said no I don’t think so. I said can you please ask the bartender what she poured, she said it was the small batch. They whispered back and forth a bit and she told me that I should take advantage of that bill adjustment…like I got a deal when all I wanted was to be charged according to what the menu stated. In the end our waiter was apologetic, adjusted our bill correctly, and was very friendly and attentive throughout our dinner. Just seemed a bit fishy to me. I don’t know everything about bourbon but, I do some hunting and would never pay $30 let alone $47 a pour for Taylor small batch.“

“I'll give 5 stars because I love Crown. I've always loved Crown. I probably always will love Crown. But I feel obligated to shout this from the rooftop...YOU GOTTA LOSE THE NEW BOOTHS IN THE TASTING ROOM. WORST IDEA EVER! I know the thought was to add more seating but this isn't it. It's off-putting, makes it seem more cramped, it's awkward, and uncomfortable. Reorganize if need be but make us all hoppy and bring back the high-tops.“
