“Absolutely the best food and customer service on the south suburbs. I had a party of 11. We sat down at a table immediately, the waitress took our drink order and then food order. Everything came out the kitchen fresh and hot. The food smelled delicious and looked delicious. me and my friends did the happy 😊 dance all afternoon. 5 out of 5 🌟“

“My review is based solely off of their chicken!!!!!!! They have some really good,well seasoned chicken! Their fries are really good too! I order the wings (also 1/4 white) with and without sauce,but when I do get sauce it’s definitely their mild because it’s very tasty! Their food is cooked to order and it’s always fresh! Depending on when you go the line (drive thru) can be very long!! Always worth the wait for me,but some people will stay in their cars on the main street (Sibley) waiting for a spot in the parking lot. It’s a pretty small space on the inside. Their flavored iced type drinks are good too. They accept cash,debit/cc/AP! The staff I’ve dealt with over the years have always been friendly! I’ve had other meals overtime too,but I really enjoy the chicken the most. Almost forgot,burritos are good too!! They also follow instruction regarding how you want your food prepared. Always a win for me! Last but not least,I now travel about 25 minutes to get there because I don’t live as close as I initially did years ago!“

“I did some work here for a few hours on a Saturday morning while my son was taking the SAT nearby. It was quite with not to many people actually sitting down inside, but a lot of people came through. They could use a few more outlets, but otherwise it was fine.“

“When heading towards Beverly for a property management home inspection, I wanted to find a local coffee joint that I could get a coffee and a snack of some sort. Afro Joe's was calling to me. Walking in, greeted warmly, the adventure began. If you haven't been, check the menu before you go because you will want to order one of each item! Since it was my first time, most certainly NOT the last, I needed a lifeline. Charmaine to the rescue. I don't know if I manifested or she read my mind , but when I asked which sandwich I should order instantly , she said the short rib! Boom! Done. Next up, a drink choice. Again I was not led astray. The option was a blueberry lavender cold brew topped with rose cold foam. As she was suggesting the option, Charmaine lifted the one she was drinking and again instantly sold. No chocolate croissant available since it was later in the morning but the chocolate morning roll was there and three for three, the order was placed. I already know that I have to come back, time and time again.Just walking in such a chill vibe , perfect music, everyone tables either working or chatting with a friend. The open kitchen invites you to see the hustle and bustle. The garage doors roll up onto the patio for warmer days and what appears to be local art work adorns the walls. When I tell you, this is absolutely no exaggeration, every item was on point! The short rib was so flavor forward eith the bite of picked onions, there was a side of diced pickles and onions too. Also a hit. The warm bun had some fruit nestled in its chocolatey tummy, flakes and moist with the richness of cocoa. And for the latte, cold, sweet and the flavors all complimented each other so well. I did opt for whole milk because, why not?!? I had one too many client emails and texts to be able to enjoy grabbing a book from the shelf but note, they even had the sharpest of colored pencils to doodle or write a note with. I have not one complaint, well, maybe one, I wish they were in my neighborhood because this would be a staple place to visit regularly! “I don’t often leave reviews but this was one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. It was the day before Valentines and it was busy. We were greeted and checked in by what I presume is a son or family member. So polite and attentive even at a young age. Our table wasn’t ready so the hostess personally walked us to the bar. When the bartender was busy the hostess took the time to get us glasses of wine while we waited. Again, it was busy but we sat in beautiful ambience while we waited for our appetizer of hummus, tzatziki and spicy whipped feta (which was my absolute favorite). They also served us bread made in house which was like little bites of heaven. My husband had the avgolemono soup which was uniquely served and delicious. We both got the souvlaki- my husband the chicken and I got the filet. We each tried each others and both were so flavorful. I purposefully did not finish my meal so I could enjoy it the next day as well. We have already discussed what we will try next time we come back, and we will. To sum it up (and I hope google translated it correctly) Katapliktikós (Amazing)!“
