I called n ask to see how much is a 12 peice meal was told it was 45.00 which is a lie. The Manger who answered the phone was rude as hell.. she didn't want to take my order. Don't go to this kfc. If the customer service was bad they food has to be worst 😒. I live in Arkansas. Here visiting. If I come back I will NOT GO THERE 💯.
I have been to this KFC a few times sometimes during the day which is the best experience and quality . The last few times I've came in the evening with my kids . Has been the worse. We came in 7/26/26 at around 6pm and the gentle man stated that it be about 15 mins before we could be helped . As when we arrived and during our visit there wasn't anyone in the drive thru and no anyone in the dine in area . DO NOT EAT HERE. Grease is old and you can taste it. I miss the good old days where you could get a good quality meal for your hard earned money. The chicken is expensive for the quality. When did it become ok to cook food in old grease?!! The Manager also argued with me when I called to give feedback so they could do better. I will never go to either KFC in Kokomo. Come on you can do better! You should want to for a paycheck! What happened to good customer service, good quality...read full review

However, some areas still need improvement, such as the cleanliness of the restrooms and dining area. The food can be hit or miss, with some customers enjoying their mashed potatoes and slaw, while others have had issues with soggy chicken skin. The restaurant used to have a buffet, but it's no longer available, which is a disappointment for some customers.
