well I placed an order 1 hour & half ago was told 30-35 mins and it's now 11:20 which almost 2 hours and no pizza no one has came so seems like this papa johns has gotten some hungry door dashers who pick up orders and don't deliver. I'm literally across the street so no excuse is excepted...
I placed a phone order for a Shaq pizza. I get there & they tried to charge me for 2 pizzas. I leave & I decide to check it, ohhh...Hell No ! it looked like a triple cheese so I showed the manager. She said...they messed up. I take the other one & it had minimal pepperoni. I ate one piece & threw the rest away. I should have trusted my gut & went to Gabes. The Clowns operating the store are a JOKE ! I'll pay the extra at Gabes just to insure I get what I ordered and it's done...read full review
After dealing with the overseas based, poor English speaking telephone operator I was transferred to the Reed road “manager” who immediately informed me I had to call the overseas operator to order and promptly hung up on me.
Absolutely worthless customer service. PJ’s has lost a lifelong customer. I’d suggest anyone looking for pizza go elsewhere.
