Everything! It was honestly great!
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. We were greeted with professionalism and wonderful manners. Our food was served fast and fresh! Everything was cooked and presented almost perfectly! Very impressed although the rating was a little deceiving!
The restroom is not clean, the tables not clean.

Steak 'n Shake is a clean restaurant with friendly staff that provide fast service and great customer care. This southern Kokomo location offers a kid-friendly environment with coloring pages, foldable paper cars, booster seats, and high chairs. Although they no longer have chili sauce, the food is hot, fresh, and served in generous portions. Many customers have noticed improvements since the restaurant is under new management, creating an energetic and professional atmosphere. The drive-thru service may have a bit of a wait, but the fresh and tasty food, along with exceptional customer service, make it a worthwhile visit. The Frisco melt, while not as good as a few years ago, is still very tasty and desirable. With respectful and kind staff, including a manager named Sammy, every visit can lead to quick service and enjoyable meals, making customers eager to return often.
