Chick-fil-A in Lafayette

“Normally a great experience. Today, drive-thru, ordered a grilled club meal w/ American cheese (no lettuce or tomato) and a standard grilled club by itself. Gentleman who took the order read both back as grilled clubs but entered them as grilled sandwiches or deluxes. No bacon on either; no cheese on one. I caught one before I drove off and it was fixed. The other I didn’t notice the lack of bacon until getting home. Still an extremely well-run business - efficient, friendly, great service on the whole.“

“Fast and friendly Chick-fil-A service will all love. I'm not a fan of the mostly drive-thru/mobile floorplans like this one. Not enough seating and the store itself is soulless and sterile. This location, however, is well run and welcoming. The app was not working on my phone, had maybe a two minute wait to order from their catering manager, I forgot her name, but she was funny and makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Food comes out within a few minutes, they have their stuff together at this location.
