“Usually the worse thing is the inconsistent chicken size, but today they gave me the wrong sauce. I was so disappointed when I went to eat my biscuit and didn't have honey. No matter how long the line is they are great about getting people through quickly and I don't think I have ever had bad customer service here which is extremely hard to find.“
“Went to the drive through... had a big order for my classroom. The lady Kim at the drive through was very hospitable and thorough while taking the order. The wait wasn't too long and the food was awesome. Loved the frosted peach lemonade...a must try.“
“I don’t know if Chick-fil-A invented the fast pass drive thru lane but they’ve definitely perfected it. I’m not a big fast food chicken fan but I’ve yet to have a disappointing meal from Chick-folk-A…the tenders were cooked perfectly and the dipping sauce was on point. Waffle cut fries perfect for dipping with any of their many delicious sauces and the Pineapple Dragon Fruit Sweet Tea was surprisingly delicious…drive through staff exceptionally polite, attentive and professional…outstanding“
“The PERFECT SAUSAGE BURRITO this morning. The tortilla was perfect, the amount of egg, hash browns, and sausage was perfect....literally one of the few Chick-fil-A Burritos that I've felt was worth the money. Whoever made it this morning....should be training the entire company on how to make a breakfast burrito!
Only reason I didn't give 5-stars is the counter was a little slow to tend to taking my order....but no big deal compared to the perfect burrito!“
“Very busy on a Tuesday for lunch. They were quick, and the food was hot. (Short rant: If you have a small group and there is a small table available, please save the large tables for large families or people needing the extra space. Rant over) otherwise it was a friendly place to eat, just very busy.“
“The food was excellent! Service was a excellent! The restaurant was extremely busy The lines backed up to the street. Employees were kind and respectful and worked in amazing harmony. I think we waited 5 minutes. Which is incredible considering how busy this restaurant was.“
“I mobiled ordered and when I got to front they told me my card didn't go thru. I forgot to change card on app when bank updated my card. They took my new card and put through the transaction but I guess because of that it put me at front of line. They took 7 cars from non fast lane, then had me pull up and took 3 more out of mine line and 2 more from non fast lane. Finally brought my order out. Got it home and it wasn't my order. Moral of story: make sure your info is right.“
“The food is great! However, the wait time is very long. Usually if you order online, you will get it in 20 minutes. However, in-person ordering takes 35 minutes.
Other than that, you need to constantly monitor because sometimes your order will get stolen 😭“
“Like all Chick-Fil-A’s, service is friendly and efficient. Note you can’t order ahead in the app for this location, and it’s before security. Tastes great as expected, though a bit more expensive than other locations. Seating is in the general food court.“

“I had a lovely morning sister hangout at this location, and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food! Everything was clean, bright, well stocked, and the staff were super friendly and great report with each other.
Our cashier/food runner Linda Holland was incredibly warm and engaging, and helped to enhance our experience there! She even fetched me a straw when she realized that she had accidentally neglected to bring one with her when delivering my iced coffee, even though the straws were only a few feet away. I truly hope that she is considered for future higher up roles because I could see her being a great shift lead/manager if she so desired.

“This place saved me! I ordered a nugget tray for our Christmas party and I placed the order at the wrong location by mistake. I didn’t have time to drive all the way to the other place to pick up the tray. I showed up to pick up the nugget tray at this location, and they proceeded to make me a nugget tray anyway, and they did not charge me. So incredibly kind and nice! They did not have to do that. A lot of places would not do that. Truly exceptional customer service and they saved our Christmas party! Thank you, Chick-fil-A!“
