Chick-fil-A in Indianapolis

“This place saved me! I ordered a nugget tray for our Christmas party and I placed the order at the wrong location by mistake. I didn’t have time to drive all the way to the other place to pick up the tray. I showed up to pick up the nugget tray at this location, and they proceeded to make me a nugget tray anyway, and they did not charge me. So incredibly kind and nice! They did not have to do that. A lot of places would not do that. Truly exceptional customer service and they saved our Christmas party! Thank you, Chick-fil-A!“

“Despite the popularity, it was decently quiet, and the noise was relatively low. Food came out very fast, and was hot. I was thrilled as well when my lazy butt didn't have to get up and a kind employee offered to get me a refill 🙏🥹. One of the best parts of the atmosphere I noticed were posters commemorating the graduating seniors this year and the cow in a picture with a cute graduation cap 🎓.“

“Got an iced coffee and ask for vanilla, they forgot to add the vanilla. Honestly it's fine, not a problem.
For those who order coffee with plain creamer, do you like drinking water down bitter milk? Just food for thought. That's what it tastes like to me. I'll make sure there's vanilla next time 🤣“

“I just ordered Chick-fil-A delivery for a corporate event, and I cannot say enough good things! The sammichs were separately kept warm ( not put in the box until delivered)-Jilli the delivery driver was incredibly prompt, friendly, and had all our food perfectly organized. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly what our group needed.. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH JILLI! Will definitely be using you again :)“

“Very busy on a Tuesday for lunch. They were quick, and the food was hot. (Short rant: If you have a small group and there is a small table available, please save the large tables for large families or people needing the extra space. Rant over) otherwise it was a friendly place to eat, just very busy.“

“I mobiled ordered and when I got to front they told me my card didn't go thru. I forgot to change card on app when bank updated my card. They took my new card and put through the transaction but I guess because of that it put me at front of line. They took 7 cars from non fast lane, then had me pull up and took 3 more out of mine line and 2 more from non fast lane. Finally brought my order out. Got it home and it wasn't my order. Moral of story: make sure your info is right.“

“Like all Chick-Fil-A’s, service is friendly and efficient. Note you can’t order ahead in the app for this location, and it’s before security. Tastes great as expected, though a bit more expensive than other locations. Seating is in the general food court.“

“The only reason this loses a star is simply because it has no chick fil a rewards which may not be their fault. The people are nice. The wait is just like any other chick fil a. They only messed up my order a few times and always corrected immediately. Best food place in the campus center“

“Great spot for reasonably priced breakfast esp if you are from out of town and need a protein packed breakfast that won’t break the bank. We were staying downtown for a swim meet at IU Nat and CFA and Panera seemed to be the best quick breakfast spots if your hotel doesn’t include breakfast. I tried the Sun and Moon cafe and it was overpriced for what you get for a quick on the go breakfast.“

“I had a lovely morning sister hangout at this location, and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food! Everything was clean, bright, well stocked, and the staff were super friendly and great report with each other.

Our cashier/food runner Linda Holland was incredibly warm and engaging, and helped to enhance our experience there! She even fetched me a straw when she realized that she had accidentally neglected to bring one with her when delivering my iced coffee, even though the straws were only a few feet away. I truly hope that she is considered for future higher up roles because I could see her being a great shift lead/manager if she so desired.
