Having to wait forty minutes for food is absolutely unacceptable. I literally waited 30 minutes before anyone even asked me what I was waiting on.
By far the worst Dairy Queen in Lafayette
Always out of something.
Ie. Kids for drinks. Shakes. Bananas for splits. Food/ gravy burnt. Slush machine broke. Allowing customers to sit in lines to wait without knowing. You can’t get out of drive through once your in it.
Staff is awful. No one knows what they are doing. Seems to always be just kids. No adult supervisor. Or one that knows what’s going on. It’s awful.
Run by teenagers. Took too long to get my order out.
