I've been going there since they opened November 2020. Sarah is very knowledgeable about nutrition and helped me change my eating habits. I lost over 30 pounds last year. Now instead of getting a craving for something bad for me, I go to healthies several times a week for shakes, tea and other goodies. No fast food stops and it's changed everything. My doctor even let me stop taking a Staten med. There's such a variety of flavors , I never get bored. I'm friends with all the staff....read full review
