The Lady that took my order was very helpful in helping me decide which meal was best for what I wanted.
Food was good staff was very good and store was clean.
We’ve lived in a few different locations in Indiana and have had very mixed reviews of the KFC’s that served our area’s. Since being in Lafayette for the past 8 years we frequently visit the KFC on promenades pkwy. So far we’ve been very happy with the quality of the food and service there. Please keep up the good work!

KFC is a kid-friendly restaurant with good wheelchair accessibility, featuring a few spots right next to the door on the north side of the building facing Veteran’s. While some customers feel that the flavor of their fried chicken and potatoes & gravy has declined over the years, others have had positive experiences. The staff, including helpful and friendly employees, provide great service. Rhiannon, a great manager, ensures that food is hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Customers appreciate her efforts, especially when she is present. Maria, another staff member, takes pride in her work by keeping the dining area clean and tidy. This KFC location is a reliable choice for a meal, especially when Rhiannon is there. Try their apple pie bites, which are highly recommended! Some customers have had minor issues with their orders, but the staff quickly resolves these problems. The food is generally good and hot, making it a great place to enjoy lunch.
