i had a great experience at KFC thanks to Cheyenne. She was hustling, moving fast, staying friendly, and still took the time to get everything right with a great attitude. Her energy and work ethic really stood out. She made the whole visit smooth and pleasant
Came to this location instead of the West Lafayette, one due to reoccurring bad experience at the West Lafayette one. This one went beyond above and beyond to make sure we were happy. When we walked in the door, we were greeted right away and were offered drinks while we were waiting for our food! Our food was prepared in a timely manner. It was very fresh. We got the taste of KFC bucket meal And was even provided butter and jelly for our biscuits! Beyond much more happier with...read full review

KFC is a kid-friendly restaurant with good wheelchair accessibility, featuring a few spots right next to the door on the north side of the building facing Veteran’s. While some customers feel that the flavor of their fried chicken and potatoes & gravy has declined over the years, others have had positive experiences. The staff, including helpful and friendly employees, provide great service. Rhiannon, a great manager, ensures that food is hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Customers appreciate her efforts, especially when she is present. Maria, another staff member, takes pride in her work by keeping the dining area clean and tidy. This KFC location is a reliable choice for a meal, especially when Rhiannon is there. Try their apple pie bites, which are highly recommended! Some customers have had minor issues with their orders, but the staff quickly resolves these problems. The food is generally good and hot, making it a great place to enjoy lunch.
