Was a nice place to go when waitress came to table, took your order and brought your food. Now you order at kiosk, that is hard to understand, retrieve your overcharged order . Then when done, your expected to remove your trash and at the kiosk you are asked to leave a tip, steak and shake expects a gratuity for you doing their job. Never again.
Just spent 35$ at your store for my grandkids and I and we get home , and the fries are ICE cold and the burgers ALL had MOLD !!!! Yes MOLD on them !! I am a transplant patient and I cam get very sick!! 15$ an hr. REALLY !!? I will be going back in the a.m. for my $$ BACK ! Disgusting!
