“Had a good experience. We showed up when they opened up at 11am and they only had a few others that came in during our time there. It's a good time to go if you're wanting to eat out without a crowd.The chicken had great crunch and flavor. You got a good amount of chicken for the cost. I chose all dark meat and got 2 legs, 2 thighs and a back. Plan to give extra time for the fried chicken. It takes 30 mins to make. I got mashed potatoes and gravy as my potato side with the fried chicken dinner. They were smooth and the gravy was good but needed salt imo, but that would be good for those who need a low salt option. Coffee was standard diner type coffee; good, hot and fresh. The salad bar had a lot of different salad options. Potato salad, pasta salad, pea salad, cottage cheese, bacon, black olives, ham, onion, etc. Was happy to see poppy seed dressing too.My party said the catfish was amazing. Waitress said the ribeyes are what she would recommend for next time, that they're hand cut and one of her favorites as well as the fried chicken.“

“So yesterday after my mother-in-laws funeral we wanted somewhere close to eat.. We did call ahead and ask if it were possible and they said sure come on in.. we showed up with i believe 20 of us.. they were amazingly welcoming and took orders and drinks.. food came out pretty quick for 20 orders( great job) and the 2 girls that waited on us were very personal and even helped everyone with the cakes and pies.. thank you to both of the amazing waitresses ( sorry didn't get your names). and the cook staff you guys were amazing.. thank you so much for everything yesterday..“

“We had time to waste waiting on the rest of our family to show up for boating, so we googled and found this place. It did not disappoint. It is a small town home cooking place. We absolutely loved the atmosphere, our waitress was sweet and informative, and the food was SO good! The omeletes were stuffed, the hashbrowns were crispy, the sausage gravy is hearty, and the buttered toast hit the spot! I saved this little place on my maps so we can visit next time!“

“Ok so this place has a tendency 2 get really busy/crowded on the weekends. After all, it is a bar n the most popular 1 n this small town! So small that the bar is bout the only place 2 go 2 when being an adult here! However the owners as well as the staff is extremely nice n never stop serving u throughout the night at all unless u tell them that ur done 4 the night of course. There's 2 dart boards n 1 pool table at this location.“

“Had a group of 27 classmates and guests there, we basically took over their dining area. Fantastic service, fantastic food. Wednesday is chicken dinner night, we notified them ahead of time that we would need 20 dinners.. they were hot and ready when we were ready to eat. Other orders came out promptly. Highly recommend.“
