I love the setup at this location—you talk to someone at the window to place and pay for your order, then move up to wait for your food. It’s such a quick, easy, and convenient process! I’m thrilled this is along my usual route because it’s the perfect spot to grab a delicious burger. And, of course, you can never go wrong with their ice cream—it’s always a treat!“

“This review is really to commend Junior at the Pendleton Pike Wendy's. It was 12am, EXTREMELY busy and short staffed but this young man was handling that drive thru and walking out orders like a true professional. He was empathetic, courteous, remembered individual last minute preferences and did it all with enthusiasm and a smile. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. I've seen others handle the pressure and nonstop orders in ways that showed they were over it and ready to go home, but not Junior. Just wanted to acknowledge and thank him for a job well done and to let him know that it didn't go unnoticed. ?????♥️?“

“while people seem to be review bombing over support in the Isreal v Palestine conflict which seems to be the hottest button in the world right now, my review is about the food, service, staff and atmosphere. The service is top notch, drinks on the tables in less than a minute and food out in less than 10 minutes, mind you we sat at a bar table that the bartenders take care of on top of serving the entire bar rail, they still got drinks out lighting fast and checked on us several times. the burgers were HUGE and delicious, and the fries were perfect. The selection of beers on tap were great and uncommon to find at other bars. the atmosphere was great, loved the music and it was just loud enough to vibe to while still being able to have an audible conversation. The staff was very accommodating and the hostess had a table cleaned off for us immediately, she and the bar staff were great! They have an open kitchen and it looks like the cooks enjoy what they do and have fun with it, which is nice to see and not very common. We will definitely be back next time we're in town.“

“Came in with a group, we had the upstairs room then told we had to be gone by 7pm We reserved the room at 515. So with that said, servers ok. Food came at 645. Manager told the group that we need to be out by then. 7pm because it was reserved for another group at 7. He told us that the staff didn’t inform him about it. Really kinda not our problem at that time. We were 30+ strong. Kids and all. I walked out at 715. Doesn’t seem right. Not mad but a concern with staff and communication. Food good, service ok, slow at times , restaurant was not totally full. I could see open tables. Yes I would come back, but come on. The manager should have known of the situation and made a plan B the weather was in the 70’s they could have used the courtyard. Ok sorry done.“
