Don't usually hit this Arby's but we were headed to Carmel Monday, Nov 7 at about 1:15 and the location was perfect. I was skeptical of the speed of service when I saw 4 cars in line. Surprisingly, it went pretty quickly. Placed order easily, got to the window quickly, paid and had order fast. And everything was perfect. Great meal. Arby's food tastes bland and flat. They have completely thrown quality out the window in favor of profits. The counter help were very attentive (I think being friendly and helpful is a Midwest thing). This will be my last visit to Arby's until the improve quality.
