Weird interaction. Ordered & paid online. Had email confirming. Drive to shop for curbside pick up. I check in online, then call. The woman that answered insists she does not have my order. I invite her out to my car to see my confirmation. After about 90 seconds of back & forth, she admits they do have it & hangs up. I watch people go in & out with sammies. Staff had to be reminded 3x over the span of 20 minutes to replace toilet paper in ladies toilet. Sub to salad option was not made well. Ingredients were fresh. I asked for chopped salad turkey Cali club and got a soggy mess.

The employees at this location are exceptionally friendly and provide excellent customer service. The convenience of the store’s location makes it a go-to for me. And I appreciate that the checkout process is consistently fast.
