Terrible music.Horrible food from cold fries, mushy oysters,burnt fish and the nastiest Cole slaw you’ll ever taste. The roof leaks a lot so don’t go while it’s raining or after a storm. There’s smoking in there so if that offends you don’t go. The staff is friendly so that’s a plus. This was our first time attending this place it seemed like a lot of older people 45 and above of course more drunk than eating and it just didn’t give us any good reasons to return in the future.

The setting and concept are cool, but the food just isn’t worth it. The burger was frozen, the pork tenderloin sandwich was literally just a big slice of meat between two buns, and the fries were bland, the cheese curds were greasy and had that frozen taste. Definitely disappointing given the vibe.

Everything was good, not great, except service. Horrible. Initial service was good but after that our server was on break, on the phone anything except taking care of us. Took so long to get a drink we went to the bar because she wasnt coming back ....3 people looked at us and nobody said anything except to ask us to love down the bar a little bit. Walked away and nobody said a word. Food was a little pricy for what you got.
Afte we left and got to the top of the ramp, uphill and a little exhausting. We made the comment about bad service and a long uphill walk, a guy who looked like he was a dishwasher, maybe the owner, maybe a bum, said well you don't have to ever make that walk again. One bad server has now cost this business our business in the future. Instead of giving attitude, if this was the owner, you would think he would have said something to possibly resolve the issue. Nope, the opposite. If this was the owner then I don't know how they have stayed in business.
If you have read this far I would suggest eating at a place that appreciates people spending their money in their restaurant.
I will NEVER eat there and will tell everybody that I can that this is not the place to go in Madison.

This is a fun place to visit for the ascetic of being on the river and live music. I went with friends during dinner and really enjoyed the experience of it.
I will say that my food never came yet they were good to cancel it from my card. My friends enjoyed the vegetarian burgers

One of our favorite date night spots — peaceful, scenic, and worth every visit.
My husband and I love coming to Rivercrest Lighthouse Marina for our date nights. We always grab a high-top by the windows so we can take in the beautiful view of the water — it’s such a peaceful atmosphere, no matter how busy it gets.
Whether the place is packed or quiet, we always have a lovely time. The service can run a little slower during high-volume hours, but honestly? It’s worth the wait. The staff is friendly, and the overall vibe is relaxed and enjoyable. And considering how unique the setting is, the prices are actually very reasonable.
It’s one of those places that feels like a hidden gem — scenic, welcoming, and perfect for reconnecting. Highly recommend!

Music was so loud you could barely hear the server. Not much of a menu and what they had was highly overpriced. Could have had fine dining instead it was that expensive. Burger and fries $14 for a frozen pattie and about 8 fries. But at least the view from the restaurant was nice.

We arrived at 12:30 PM. Not very crowded. Ordered 2 drinks. Then ordered food shortly after. Waited an hour and 15 min for simple loaded tots and a quesadilla. We were given a typical computer glitch excuse. Other patrons told us we had The Patience of Jobe. Only positive… beer was cold. Would not recommend.

It's a great place where you can eat on the river. Great margaritas and friendly lady bartenders. It was the last day of their season until next spring.

It was not worth the money. Food was barely edible. The server was a sweet girl. I didn't complain to her about anything just wasn't very good. Drinks tasted watered down.
