Nikimura Japanese Sushi, Ramen, and Hibachi is a quiet, clean, and comfortable restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and great, friendly staff. The food is excellent, delicious, and absolutely delicious with big city flavors. The sushi is well-made, super fresh, and has a great presentation; specific rolls like the Cowboy roll, Vegas Roll, and river sushi roll come highly recommended. The hibachi is tender and not greasy, while the beef ramen bowl is also praised. Appetizers like the crab rangoon provide a good taste, and the bento box offers a good selection. Everything is reasonably priced and served beautifully. The restaurant also offers authentic Japanese food, including gluten-free soy sauce upon request, making it a top favorite and a nice addition to the city.
