Counter staff were new but did well. When trying to take care of a 2 cheeseburger meal staff in the kitchen were heard being hateful towards the clearly new employee. Despite this she stayed friendly and did her best to help us. I know based on personal experience ringing up the 2 cheeseburger meal can be confusing prior to decent training. Every time i come through with a mobil order im parked to wait, even with noone behind me. Twice now i didnt get my drink with the order when specifid at the window to make sure i get my drink. Its not any faster when i have to wait for someone to walk out with my food then go back and get my drink.

We stopped on our road trip for some iced coffee. It was good and satisfying. The gentleman behind the counter did not do a great job of explaining the difference between iced and frappe, however it all worked out in the end.
