Stopped in for late lunch 3/10/2024 around 1pm no one greeted said hello didn't even acknowledge us, rap music playing in kitchen. Once we placed order on screen had to pay at cashier she was not very friendly or inviting. We sat down to eat after finally finding a clean table there was food and dirt all over the floor counter by soda machine sticky and trash was overflowing, bathrooms were dirty. This taco bell has descent food but it seems like Everytime I have ever been to this one my order has been wrong every time usually missing an item or two if you get everything you ordred and wanted something added to an item or removed then you'll either not get what you wanted added or have what you wanted removed removed.. I get Sad everytime the wife wants Taco Bell

My husband and I just went through the Martinsville Taco Bell drive thru and I want to thank their team for being outstanding! Thank you the food was hot and fresh and like I was expressing the service was outstanding very polite and fast! They need to come to Bloomington and train the employees here! Being short of staff is no longer a good enough excuse!
