Thank you Nijah! 🙂 Her customer service was superb as well as the manager on duty that handed me my order (I didn’t get to check his name tag). During the busy lunch rush everyone was so kind, with smiles on their faces and kept the lines moving despite just how many people were inside and at the drive through. It’s always a pleasure visiting this location.
Terrible communication — I’ve reached out multiple times without a response after being told someone would have reached out to me the next day and that was March 17th and it is now the 28th.
Tyler Carter, store operator, should be embarrassed to show up for work everyday. Doesn’t care about customer service, third party delivery companies (who without them he would lose $$$7 in profits), what he does care about is bringing a smug arrogant attitude to work everyday. Screw the customer is the new chic fil a way!
