Need more help. Was in the Merrillville store and had only one cashier. waited one half hour just to get my ice cream order. When I went up to get it the head lady was very rude. She just said there was nothing she could do, she said she had no help. I will never go back to that CULVERS
Terrible service, both orders were wrong, one dessert wasnt made at all...the kid in the booth next to us ordered a chicken sandwich and they forgot his chicken!
could hear the staff in the back talking about how they couldnt wait to leave and hated their job..... absolutely pathetic
