On this day that my family and I went, everything was great except one thing. It was extremely warm inside! Maybe I should say hot in there. The whole restaurant was super warm! It felt like a sauna! It was very uncomfortable to eat in there. Other customers mentioned it to the employees also. I know it's a bit cold outside but it almost made me want to go eat outside in the car.. we had to hurry up and eat to leave lol
Loved my chicken tenders with Boom Boom sauce. They did a great job with my turtle sundae! I was there at the end of what was probably a busy day, so there was a lot of mess. The gal that seemed to be in charge was on task and working hard but the others were scattered, very loud (cursing as they joked with each other) and not focused with their work. The area with the soda machine and ketchup was very dirty with drink on the floor & ketchup smeared on the counter. The entry...

We got the wrong flavor for one custard item, they completely forgot one item and didn't make one order a meal, then didn't put one item on the order at all.
I pointed out the forgotten item and the employee went and got it.
I ended up parking...
