I took my mom there for dinner. Our tab was $100 so I tipped 20% for a total of $120. when I received my credit card statement, the tip was changed to $50 for a total of $150. The copy of my original receipt was very clear. The tip was $20. When I pointed this out to a Hostess, she offered me half of the difference of $15 in the form of a gift certificate. When I called management to ask them to make it right, I was cussed at and hung up on.
I’m the type of person who gives kudos when due, however, I also hold accountable when it comes down to anything that I am paying money for. Goods, services, doesn’t matter. Thanksgiving dinner, due to schedules and time constraints and other factors, we decided to go to Gino’s Steakhouse in Merrillville for their Thanksgiving buffet. All I can truly say is “NEVER AGAIN”! And before anyone wants to tell me that I should be more patient, even patience has its limits....read full review
Saw this advertised on the Interstate billboard. So glad we stopped. Filet was perfect as was the service. Would highly recommend this restaurant .
