1st. Thk you Mr Steven, (server) 1st & TOPS: 4your great service friendly disposition and always making us feel like a part of the Golden Corral family. We give you thumbs up for always staying on top of your tables and making sure customers & ourselves have our drinks filled to the rim. LOL.
Other Servicer’s We have had personally the pleasure to sit in their section & experience. We would love to thank you for your outstanding & warm welcoming service. Thank you Mr Daniel, Patrick, Becky & Vanessa. I’m sure in time we will spread ourselves to the other servers whom are familiar with our faces and welcoming.
2nd: Thumps Up to Victor & Matt for their outstanding performance in the cooking Station.
MATT: We call Matt the “Steak Man” Thk you Matt 4 the delicious rightly cooked steak. As well as going above and beyond to satisfy not only myself but other customers with the delicious chicken today.
VICTOR: Ensuring your staff in a friendly and professional mannerism that the food trays are filled and staying warm. Thank you for your warm, friendly welcoming us to your Golden Corral also making us feel like part of the family. No matter how busy Victor may be, upon seeing us there goes the wave of the hand “HELLO”
Eddie: Never fails to welcome his customers to Golden Corral with the warm friendly smile. As we’ve noticed Eddie jumping in to assist his staff to keep the tables clean (super busy)and customers satisfied.
Rubie: (Manager); We need more managers like Ruby, who is not afraid to jump in and get her hands dirty. Rather she’s in the cooking salad section. She’s not afraid to spread herself and/or pick up a broom to sweep. Thank you for your warm welcoming and your friendly positive disposition. And from what we’ve noticed you are ready to hear customers concerns. Sadly to say some customers will say whatever they have to say to get a free meal. Yes, I noticed this with a customer in their body language and their contendence.

Yes; I have a large corporate of 30+ years of customer service/management experience and now in the counseling area.

Last but not least: Bakery section; We’re not sure what her name is possibly “Mrs. Jones”.!!!!! And I apologize for having to describe her: Light-skin woman, wear’s eye glasses. I have to keep my husband away from this section. Her delights are truly a delight to my husband‘s stomach. As fast as she makes them is as fast as they go! She’s a very friendly, warm, welcoming, bakery lady. Love this women. And her section always kept up clean.

I’m going to try to be as professional as possible when it comes to order and discipline..
Our third time there! The only concern I have there not only for myself, but for others in management had no control over children running as if it’s a play park.
As a family of four next to us, mention to us that this playground activity was going on and there seem to be no control or discipline. as we all observed and we as well after observed the young man server, trying to keep up with both sections and these kids just going while.
I have to admit, I give kudos to this young man who was serving both sections because our drinks were always filled.
I literally had to get up and see who this family was. They had no control over all their children of at least 4-5 children running and jumping back-and-forth to the end of restaurant. Bumping into customers as well as myself .
A family sitting in front of the salad section. A little girl running out after a little boy, bumped me and almost dropped my plate of food either on her or the floor. It was a young black women server with a nonchalant attitude serving that section then she was gone & it was young Hispanic man (if I’m not mistaken) I did observe the guy from the salad bar & the young Hispanic man telling them to stop running. TO NO AVAIL.!
I did ask one of the young women severs who were the managers & even that young girl server had a nonchalant I don’t care attitude. Omgoodness!
The manager working at the salad bar and more than sure that she did noticed all that noise and running and the other manager just passing right through..
I’m not saying this family was not notified by the managers, but it didn’t help at all. 45 minutes of watching these kids running back and forth from one to the other of the restaurant is ridiculous & not safe. The manager at the solid bar kept her head down, chopping away as if the world can just go right by her.
And I’m not going to respond to “kids will be kids” because that is a very poor excuse of non-discipline children & or adults coming from adults.
Other than the bad playground experience, I enjoyed the food & top Service from a young man.
I believe was covering that playground section well.
Owner/Managers; not only for your own safety, but the safety of your customers . Place notice or sign stating no running playing making parents responsible for their children’s behavior before it’s too late.
Please open this back up soon I miss eating there and enjoying the sliders and popcorn shrimp and ice cream and apple pie and salads but one thing I never gotten to try and that was there steak even though it was only severed during dinner hour and should be available during lunch hour and the service was top notch

Golden Corral Buffet & Grill offers a mixed experience with great food, including excellent steak and rolls. The guy cooking the steaks did a good job, and the steaks were super tender, juicy, and flavorful. The server in their area was on top of things, constantly checking how guests were doing, filling drinks, and making sure food was to satisfaction. However, some recent reviews mention issues such as a limited selection of food for a weekend buffet and a hot environment. The chicken tasted like old burnt grease, and the zucchini or squash was really soggy, mushy, and smelled terrible. Presentation could have been better, and the overall environment can feel crowded and hectic, with the bathroom smelling horrible. Despite these issues, many guests have enjoyed specific dishes like pulled BBQ chicken, news wings, and chicken fingers, and appreciated the attentive service. The large parking lot provides convenience for diners.
