Poor customer service even to loyal customers. Never order from Papa Johns especially online app. I used to order once a week from papa johns and when I had an issue they would not help at all. I had to take my business to Dominos. They at least appreciate my business.
Couldn't log in my account to place my order. Called the Merrillville store to let them know Derrick took our order over the phone. We gave him our address then he stated that they don't deliver to Gary. My husband told him that we have ordered numerous times and our pizza was delivered to our Gary address. Then he stated they don't deliver past 45th ave. My husband told him he was a lie and that he's seen a delivery guy deliver pizzas at the flea market which is located on 41st...read full review
