We stopped in on the way from MI to IL to get out of the snow. Nate was our server, and one of the best servers I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. We left laughing and extremely satisfied. Wish we lived closer to come see him more.“

“I ordered a pick two meal through the app for drive-thru pickup the day before Thanksgiving. I got a message the order was delayed and thanked me for my patience. The restaurant was slammed for lunch with a full parking lot and the drive thru line of cars was moving slowly. I went inside to see if I could pick up my order faster. There was a long line of customers waiting to get their orders too. An employee gave me a cup for a free drink while I waited which was nice. All told it took 45 minutes from the time I placed the order until it was ready. It was apparent the staff was working hard to prepare everyone’s order as quickly as possible. With the holiday, shoppers, travelers, etc. at lunchtime, the restaurant was just overwhelmed. In my experience, this isn’t a regular occurrence at Panera and I appreciate the staff’s efforts to handle the surge of customers. This was likely an exception to the usual fast service and I will return to this Panera in the future. Thanks!“
