“The food was DELICIOUS OFC! I was taken Here/THERE, because neither of us 2️⃣ had gone to this one before, & it was an/My early birthday present. The service was WAY DELAYED, We ONLY got 5️⃣ breadsticks, yes we were only a couple & the wait was 25 mins because it was packed. It was shortly before the meal came, which took forever to come (which I understand that is was packed but still it was too long, other tables with a handful of people got their stuff rather QUICKLY so it was likely our server Carter) that I got the NEW blue 🍹cocktail they were offering I was to ask about bcuz She had gotten Her tea, which was also DELAYED well before I got mine! The black tie chocolate moose cake was layered perfectly & an ideal slice with perfect proportion of the chocolate so it was not overwhelming by any means. I'm sure it was MAINLY JUST THE YOUNG SERVER BUT STILL IT COULD'VE/SHOULD'VE BEEN BETTER! HE WAS SERVING A TABLE ACROSS OF US THAT THEY HAD TO COMBINE TABLES TO SEAT & THEIR STUFF WAS ON-POINT BECAUSE HE LIKELY SEEN THAT THEY'D OFFER A LARGER TIP! EITHER WAY 'IMO': YOU TREAT ALL THE SAME.... PROVIDE EACH THE SAME EXCELLENT SERVICE & BEST THAT YOU CAN PROVIDE!“

“I ordered a pick two meal through the app for drive-thru pickup the day before Thanksgiving. I got a message the order was delayed and thanked me for my patience. The restaurant was slammed for lunch with a full parking lot and the drive thru line of cars was moving slowly. I went inside to see if I could pick up my order faster. There was a long line of customers waiting to get their orders too. An employee gave me a cup for a free drink while I waited which was nice. All told it took 45 minutes from the time I placed the order until it was ready. It was apparent the staff was working hard to prepare everyone’s order as quickly as possible. With the holiday, shoppers, travelers, etc. at lunchtime, the restaurant was just overwhelmed. In my experience, this isn’t a regular occurrence at Panera and I appreciate the staff’s efforts to handle the surge of customers. This was likely an exception to the usual fast service and I will return to this Panera in the future. Thanks!“
