My hesitation in recommending this restaurant is that the server was so unprofessional and rude to us from jump that is nearly ruined our experience. (Surprisingly she was training someone whom she was also being completely rude towards. ) There was a table outside that they told us we could sit at but every truck that drove by would kick up rocks at us which made it a little less enjoyable as well. If you can ignore the service the food is absolutely delicious.“

“Wow. This place is amazing !! Their pizza, sandwiches , salads and apps are so yummy. I have never had anything to eat here that wasn't good. However, today they did something to make me a life long customer. I ordered a pizza to take home, On the way home I got an emergency call I had to go help with immediately. Sadly the pizza got left in my very hot car for 2 hours. I called Arts and asked a manager if they thought it was still safe to eat. They just were not sure, so they said bring it back and we will make you a new one, no charge. What!! This was not their fault. I left it in the car, I didn't ask for anything yet they stepped up to offer me a replacment . I live 45 min. away so I didn't go back, but their kindness was unbelieveable.. I am an Arts girl from now on !!“

“so last week rummaging through an old wallet where the cards and IDs and it expired in like 2019 I found two Greeks gift cards that had no expiration dates but I was doubtful I would still be able to use but I decided to give it a shot and even though these things are over 5 years old had gotten some water damage since I found him they were super cool and honored them and we're kind courteous and got my food out to me quick fast and in a hurry and it was absolutely delicious! the manager and the girl working yesterday were awesome!“

“I ate here on my casino trip, It was literally the only place to eat in the casino, But it was actually decent. The tenderlion was decent and also the grilled cheese and waffle fries. They had a decent menu also. the casino is poor but this deli is A-ok.“

When I got mine home, I realized how little salad was in the container. We weighed it and it was missing 4 oz worth of salad (expected oz were written on the container)“

The website gives us the option to select contactless and I do because I hate touching the pen. I’m sure they are just doing as they are told of course but asking again for a tip feels like extortion. I tip about 70% of the time on the window pickup orders. I wish they would just hand my stuff instead of pressuring me.“

“Went in during lunch on a Thursday and it was not busy at all. Paid $15 for a small pizza, breadsticks and a drink (CardinalBox). A little overpriced in my opinion, but I suppose inflation is affecting us all. Worker was really kind and had my order ready on a rack, with the breadsticks in a heater. Place was really empty, but the atmosphere was pretty good, albeit slightly bland (some local BSU decorations would be pretty cool). Chairs were comfy too. They also give you a couple free tootsie rolls per pizza. Overall, this hotbox is awesome, and I’d definitely visit again.“
