I also tried the combination fried rice you will see above. The shrimp are very clean and the barbecue pork is phenomenal! It’s tender like brisket and full of flavor without being too sweet!”

“I was passing through town and found this place via Google search, and I'm glad I did! The staff is wonderful, warm, and friendly (Zara, my server, was excellent!). Even the owner was happy to stop and talk about culture and cuisine. I had a few pieces of a la carte sashimi and then a sushi/sashimi combo. All of the fish was very fresh and properly sized. I would have like to see a bit broader offerings (kizame, ama ebi) that were on par with the quality of the fish, but overall I was very happy and the prices are reasonable. Be sure to try the red snapper soup!”

Everything is made in house from roasting their own coffee beans to making their own bread & pastries. The employees seem so attentive & caring as well & seem to actually enjoy their job! “Probably one of my favorite spots. A friend and I stop in now and again (kinda our thing if you will) for breakfast and occasionally lunch. The food is always excellent and service is very prompt with a "hometown" feel that you don't experience a lot these days. They only take cash payments, but pricing is fair and the portions are enough to fill your belly. Thanks and keep up the great work!”
