Good food, reminds me of an Asian bowl only with a Mediterranean flavor. I love rice so this may be my new lunch spot.

CAVA offers a great selection of fresh ingredients, along with creative drink options, including around five different tea options. The food is delicious and exactly right, with tasty options that keep customers coming back. The atmosphere is clean, upbeat, and energetic, even when the restaurant is fairly busy and a little loud. Service is quick and attentive, and the team delivers an experience that drives customers back through the doors. First-time customers may find the process simple enough to manage, even with the crowds, though some would have loved to be talked through it more. On one visit, a kids’ meal with salmon was not an option, and there was some back-and-forth about an upcharge, but the cooks were incredibly kind and helpful, offering to help and trying to make the situation easier. Overall, CAVA provides fresh ingredients, delicious food, and a clean, energetic atmosphere.
