Subway in Mishawaka

“I have been coming here since I was in high school and you can call it nostalgia if you want, but in my opinion this is the best subway around. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly but even after not returning for nearly 5 years (just wasn't ever in this area due to moving) the owners still remembered me BY NAME. Name another establishment that values their customers that much. Always has been one of my favorite places near Penn High School and probably always will be. The food is exceptional and the service is outstanding every time!“

“As a person with multiple food allergies I hate going out to eat so it was the first time I have been out to eat in over a year. The staff was super understanding and made sure to change gloves and keep my food from being contaminated as much as they could, but there was a lot of food dropped in the wrong toppings and cheese everywhere. I got sick, but I don't blame the workers because they tried to keep me safe just the lack of cleanliness.. and my sub was delicious so I don't regret getting it. See them again next year.“

“Very nice people. Another customer tried to pull a scam and the manager was very cordial, didn't get angry. Gave the customer the chance to save face.She didn't call the cops, didn't overreact and made the sale. Very cool in a potentially bad situation.“

“Subway, like Chipotle, is not a good mobile order place. However, mobile ordering is just about the best way to be sure they take your coupon, so I order on mobile but watch them make it so I can speak up for myself. I get consistently good sandwiches at this location provided I'm there when its being made. They gentleman there won't really engage with customers, but that's fine, I just need my sandwich made right.“
