The giant mozz sticks are giant, but I thought they were a bit lacking in the flavor department, and I could not eat my food after that because it was so much cheese. the marinara was good though. I had shrimp tacos by recommendation, and they were quite underwhelming in the flavor department as well, but they had a fantastic variety of textures going on. The shrimp breading was tasteless. The Mac and cheese was epic, and so were the fried beans, but the grilled cheese was also a bit underwhelming. We also waited 30 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us, but he did l apologize profusely for not realizing that we were one of his tables, so we weren’t upset.“

Unfortunately I was only in town for the weekend, and even though they are closed on Saturdays, the owner so graciously offered to COME IN and make subs for me!! I couldn't believe it! “My review goes beyond the welcoming and homey atmosphere, the wonderful staff, and the simply delicious authentic food ( perfectly prepared from scratch I might add). I took my Dolset bowls in with me hoping perhaps I might get some as to seasoning my bowls, ( I had done it incorrectly ). Not only did the owner literally take my bowls and season them for me, she also taught me how to best cook in them, and if all that kindness wasn't enough she gave me a lid as my bowls did not come with any.Ever time we go we learn more about etiquette customs and Korean food.The owner is always sweet enough to smile and correct me nicely when I use a Korean phrase incorrectly. They also have Korean BBQ tables which makes for a great evening out cooking and laughing with friends. I hope you try this restaurant, yummy food and wonderful people. Michele F“

“I've came here a fair amount of times for both breakfast and dinner since I was a kid, but never wrote a review until now. I stop by for breakfast before church once in a while and yesterday was the best service I've ever had here! My Jumbalaya pancake dish was ready within minutes and was absolutely delicious! My server was super friendly and very helpful as well. I look forward to making this a regular Sunday Breakfast spot. P.S. I highly recommend the Jumbalaya!“

“The food is classic mom and pop italian. I have been hoing here for years. It's a bar and restaurant, so dont expect the atmosphere that you get at olive garden, but its extremely friendly. Even when the place is packed you dont wait long for your food. Try the friend ravioli, its amazing!! The perfect appetizer!!!“

The service was prompt and friendly, with nice recommendations toward the menu. The food was great! I had AYCE fish (hake) and it was delicious! The breading was nice and light, so you could actually taste the fish. My hubs had fried chicken and he enjoyed that as well! The best part was the cheese and crackers they brought out with our soup... well definitely come back!“

“I recently revisited Monterrey Mexican Grill after several years, and it was just as fantastic as I remembered! The restaurant has been remodeled, and I love the new ambiance – it’s warm, inviting, and perfect for a night out.

One standout was the strawberry jalapeño margarita – absolutely delicious! The balance of sweet and spicy was spot on. Our server was very friendly and welcoming, though she could have been a bit more attentive. That said, she was clearly busy with other tables, so it was totally understandable.

Overall, this place remains a favorite, and I’m not sure why I don’t visit more often! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and drinks in a cozy setting.“

“Great food, excellent service, and a unique atmosphere featuring large wicker style fans and a fish tank. Plus, you can easily pay your bill using the tabletop ordering system. The honey butter croissants are a must try!

Parking: Plenty of free parking around the entire building. Usually I have no problem finding parking right in the front.

Kid-friendliness: Always see kids of all ages from new born babies to 80+ year olds. All are welcome in this establishment. Larger restaurant with plenty of space.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap spaces in the front directly next to the front door of the restaurant.“

“Fantastic pizza to get if you look forward to mom-and-pop pizzerias. For my son's hockey tournaments, we travel quite a bit. I always look forward to ordering from a local pizzeria. It was so good I ordered from here twice. Keep in mind this isn't gourmet pizza garabge, this is pizza and it hits the spot. I'd recommend. It's not too often that I will hit a pizzeria twice in one trip. I can't say much about the atmosphere since I ordered delivery only. I saw quite a few 1 star reviews and I question whether I got lucky twice, or maybe those individuals were looking for some gourmet Buffalo chicken or some sort of Roma tomato slices with fresh mozzarella yeast-ball pizza (yuck).“

I coordinated with the management early on to secure a date, and they were prompt and flexible in finding a time that worked best for us. The blue hooterade was also super delish. The only down sides were that it took us probably 15~30 minutes after we finished eating to get our waitress to bring us our check, and they didn't have XL in their hoodies.. only small and 2xl.
