“Didn’t like the attitude of the lady in drive thru rushing to order didn’t ask will that be all so by the time that I got to the window she changed her whole attitude. Very unnecessary just don’t work customer service if your not a ppl’s person you never know what type of day that anyone else is having other then that my food was great!“
“Probably one of the better Wendy’s locations around as far as food quality and customer service are concerned. I’ve never had an order messed up here, and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for food. My only complaint is the entry way into the lot. The drive is very steep, so be very careful entering and exiting (especially exiting) or you will scrape the front of your car.“
“Stopped in for lunch yesterday. Came to dine in. My friend is a difficult ordered. But Brianna handled it so well and was very friendly. 1st time going to wendys and not only having good service but all the food was hot and fresh. This will be my go to wendys from now on.“
“It seems like reviews of this specific location are mixed, but I had an excellent experience.
I stopped in to study and grab something quick to eat, ordered at the kiosks and within five minutes my food was ready. I was surprised by how modern and clean this location was, I usually stop at a Wendy's closer to town but this was on my way - though I tend to go through the drive-thru more often and haven't been inside another Wendy's location in a while.
Not long after I sat down a member of the staff asked if everything was alright, I can't remember another Wendy's (or other fast food restaurant) where someone checked on me. Excellent service!
The atmosphere was comfortable yet trendy, it reminded me of a place I frequented in Reno, NV, which brought back old and good memories.
Parking: There are a few spots at the front of the store but were taken when I showed up (around 6:15pm), there are more in the back by the drive-thru though. I drive a bigger car so relatively speaking, the back lot is fairly tight but manageable.“
