Wendy's in Mishawaka

“It seems like reviews of this specific location are mixed, but I had an excellent experience.

I stopped in to study and grab something quick to eat, ordered at the kiosks and within five minutes my food was ready. I was surprised by how modern and clean this location was, I usually stop at a Wendy's closer to town but this was on my way - though I tend to go through the drive-thru more often and haven't been inside another Wendy's location in a while.

Not long after I sat down a member of the staff asked if everything was alright, I can't remember another Wendy's (or other fast food restaurant) where someone checked on me. Excellent service!

The atmosphere was comfortable yet trendy, it reminded me of a place I frequented in Reno, NV, which brought back old and good memories.

Parking: There are a few spots at the front of the store but were taken when I showed up (around 6:15pm), there are more in the back by the drive-thru though. I drive a bigger car so relatively speaking, the back lot is fairly tight but manageable.“

“Was great. My family enjoyed themselves. And we have the frosty key chain so it makes it worth stopping all the time. They were understaffed. And I understand that so it didn't bother me the manager was super accommodating. I work in the food industry as well so I totally understand that things happen. We got our food as we were pleased. Not a super long wait or anything. Will go back again!“

“Stopped in for lunch yesterday. Came to dine in. My friend is a difficult ordered. But Brianna handled it so well and was very friendly. 1st time going to wendys and not only having good service but all the food was hot and fresh. This will be my go to wendys from now on.“
