Our food was messed up & the manager was super nice on fixing it without us even asking. He was VERY nice.
Took me 30 minutes to get 2 value sandwiches. I get being short staffed but after having to go inside after being parked (because I have no AC in my car) I saw two young men obviously running the drive through themselves, orders and food. I did also see an older gentleman wandering in the back and another what seemed to be a manager outside on a break while the drive thru stayed busy (and obviously stressed). Help your workers!
