“Downloaded the Wendy’s app in hopes making the ordering process faster, as I was running late for my son‘s nap time. Unfortunately, the delivery app used my location and somehow I ended up ordering in another state. I didn’t catch this until I was already at the restaurant and we could not find my order in the system. My order had disappeared from the Wendy’s app, and I was having difficulty canceling my order and re-ordering. The management team went above and beyond. They went ahead and made my food and gave it to me, despite me not having paid or ordered at the right location. They gave me the resources to cancel my order and refund my money at another time. So thankful for the caring individuals who helped me today! Wish I could’ve caught names to give a proper thanks. Food was great, as you would expect any Wendy’s establishment to be. Highly recommend if you are stopping through the Mitchell area!🙂“

“Bad experience this past weekend between the app not working and getting a messed up order! Apparently the manager Zach is a stand up guy! He reached out privately to offer a free pizza. We will try again! In the past we’ve had good service!“

“Got two burgers wrong, got two new ones, he said keep the wrong ones. That’s good service. 8/29/25 we eat here every week but today was the worse meal ever. Burger old, just warm, fries same. Today 9/6/25 waited 15 minutes inside and left. Boy was just talking to someone then just stood there without saying a word to us.“

“I've ordered 15 footlong sandwiches in the last 2 weeks. I drive from out-of-town because the 2 Subways near me don't accept coupons, which is the only reason I would go to a Subway these days.
I've interacted with 4 different workers and they have all been pleasant. All of the sandwiches were made correctly and ready when I arrived.“

“My husband and I have had the 2piece fish and fries a few times and it was very good each time, everything hot, fresh. Definitely made to order, guy cooking once and dark headed girl another time.
Good counter service too, kudos to all!!“
“Arrived at 1100 for 1500 appointment for a pickup in and out in about a hour and a half make sure your trailer is clean and your temp is set to 0 or colder on your reefer because they check overnight parking available shipping and receiving hours are 0800 to 1600 m-f closed on weekends ?“
“I’m glad to say my second visit went much better than the first so I deleted my bad review. The employees were very friendly and did a great job. The gentleman who delivered the food to my table was extra helpful and when complimented by another table gave a great response. He said it was because he has a great team. The place was very clean and the food was good. I will eat here again.“

“I had another ugly Whopper today. Just was warm. If they were HOT i would love to add cheese. Sweet tea NOT sweet. Whoppers look better when Austin makes them. YOU may want to see if he is back there. Also, the dinning area is much much cleaner if Michelle and/or Rowena are there. they just seem to care more!😐“
