“I live in MI and drove over an hour to a farmers market in Lansing. While there I bought some of your cinnamon rolls that were to die for. I have eaten a lot of cinnamon rolls before but these are the very best. Had I known how good they were I would have bought more!“

“I love their home made bread and you can get meat sliced here & it is better and cheaper than the grocery. They carry a wide variety of baking supplies and also home decor for cheap prices. They also have fresh donuts, cookies and varies ready to eat foods. Usually if you look around this gem you can find treasures to take home ♡“

“As usual, we were able to stop by and have a wonderful meal from Julie’s Restaurant. We have been coming here faithfully since Mary Miller closed the one down on the corner. This restaurant is the best secret in the area. My husband and I both enjoyed a very delicious meal that was outstanding as my husband put it. He had the fried chicken mashed potatoes and those noodles over the top of his potatoes with green beans. I had chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. Everything was absolutely outstanding. We have never had a bad meal there.
I wish they had one down in the Newburgh or Evansville area. There were definitely be a line out the door every day. It’s a real treat to be able to go up to Donna Stoll’s Greenhouse and stop by DC metals and pick up whatever supplies we need and finish the day off with a nice meal before heading home. And yes, we had to take some of their desserts home with us because they’re so outstanding. My husband got the orange pineapple cake and I got the cherry cheesecake. We actually got to eat our meal with real silverware in a plate, not plastic. They are always on top of things as far as keeping everything tidy and ready for the next Customer. So if you have an opportunity to stop by, make sure you say hi to Julie or her daughter or Miss Mary. Those ladies really know how to do Home cooking at the Absolute top notch!“
