Prices are just too high and not enough cleaning for as many things as people are touching. Milk shake was very disappointing.
The owner was super friendly right off the bat! We walked in we’re a bit overwhelmed with the options! All I can say is it’s a sweets buffet!! We will be back!! Even sent home a pup cup for our buddy at home
My wife Amy and I have moved a long way from Monticello but
every time we travel together through Monticello, weale a point to stop at Skipper's for some of the best ice cream concoctions in the world.

Occasionally, parking is available across the road, but it is not usually an issue. Many visitors highly recommend Skipper's for its delightful treats and friendly service.
