“We're come here a few times now. Service has been slow at times, but it's been busy when we've dined. Today, we were the only customers. Frank, the gentleman handling our table, sat on his phone across the restaurant most of time time. He only got up when the bell dinged for our food. Besides that, he stopped at our table once. He was on his phone the rest of the time. We attempted to get his attention a few times too. I don't mind people taking a break, but it got a little ridiculous after a bit.“
