I have been going to The Kopper Kettle for 55 years and have not been disappointed. The food has always been excellent! I love the family style service! Our service is always different. Probably because we have a different server each time! We have never had terrible service. We tend to be flexible and optimistic, so we may not notice we are getting bad service? Try it for yourself, then leave your review! I will be watching for it!
Talk about a unique restaurant in a beautiful old house.Fried chicken is their specialty, of course and that was my wife's choice. She really liked her food as well.I had the fried chicken and shrimp dinner, and it was definitely an excellent choice. Beef vegetable soup was very good as well.Mashed potatoes and green beans were excellent.Service was outstanding and the restaurant was very busy on this night.It's definitely a restaurant to return to.

Making my way home from south of Indy...happened to just stop here.It's family style, snd how the waitress explained is.....which means you order your steak, chicken, scallops.. and the sides are brought in bigger shareable dishes, corn, potatoes, and gravy.. ice cream with a wafer comes with it. Salad and soup were also a part of this meal.Upon walking up to the place, I didn't notice the actual entrance and tried opening a door that was locked.. turn right and use that door....read full review
