What really made my experience stand out, though, was the incredible customer service. Mrs. Tara and Mrs.Nae were beyond amazing — so helpful, knowledgeable, and so very kind . They took the time to answer my questions, offer thoughtful recommendations, and made me feel like more than just a customer. Their kindness and energy really brought the whole experience together. “Jason and Nicole went above and beyond to ensure my Mom's 70th birthday was extra special with a surprise cake delivery! Living on the other side of the country, I was struggling to find a local baker in Muncie that could hand-make a traditional Pineapple Upside Down Cake and deliver it directly on her birthday. Jason and Nicole were thrilled to help and allowed me to place custom order over the phone. They normally don't deliver small orders like this, but they offered it to me for a small special fee given I live out of state. I was blown away by their graciousness! The top notch quality of customer service they provided is not something you find very often! THANK YOU for the exceptional service and rapid communication to make this happen. “This place is great but being closed 3 days in a row is a lot. Each time I’ve told my kids I’d take them to get ice cream, it’s closed when my work schedule has allowed for me to do so.“
