trash customer service, 110% not kid friendly will never go back
NOT KID FRIENDLY. The Blonde lady at counter was rude. She watched my toddler and I like a hawk the whole time. My 3 year old was just scooping her own toppings! My daughter wasn’t even getting her hands in them. I was told if it happens I would be charged for the topping. This is my first BAD experience here. Horrible customer service. We were there tonight at 7:30pm march 1st. I see this isn’t the first time this has happened considering someone else left a review about...read full review

The concept allows customers to try different flavors with tiny tasting cups. The toppings bar has a good variety. The small dining room might result in standing room only during busy times. It is a fantastic idea; the kids will love it, you will enjoy your experience. Your kids will have fond memories. Sherbert and toppings are really good. They do have dairy free options but it's almost always pineapple.
