Went to the Roadhouse on Saturday the 26th, the kitchen lost our food order, the server kept apologizing but after 2 hours I went to the front and ask for the manager. After she came to our table the food finally arrived. The Steak was burnt and cold!, the hamburger was burnt, everything tasted awful! Her only response was to take the steak off of our bill. I wish we would have just walked out, not sure I will go back!
Went in with my wife to the Muncie location tonight and had one of the best steaks I’ve ever tried for the price. Highly recommend the 16 oz sirloin — even over the more expensive cuts. Colby was our server this evening and he was fantastic. A+ experience overall — Colby deserves a raise!
I called Texas Roadhouse-Muncie to make a pickup order on Dec. 12, 2024.
it was answered fairly quickly, with no greeting, just a pleas hold while I find someone to take your order. 2 minutes later, I decided to get in my car and drive there. no way I could get there before someone takes my order! But, that wish never manifested. I walked in the carryout door a total of 12 minutes later, and on hold the entire time. I let the guy at the counter listen to the hold...read full review
