Food took over 40 minutes to arrive. Quesedillia was cold as were beans. From what I saw there were about 8 waitresses but none of them seem to be running any food. Just drinks and chips. I saw only 1 man delivering any food to tables. Having worked in restaurants in my younger years this struck me as very odd. He was running behind for sure and it affected the food. The Carne asada tacos were cold when delivered as were the beans. The food had obviously been sitting for a while...
It's one of my favorite Mexican restaurants to go to. The food is always good no matter what you get and the staff are always professional and kind. The owner and her daughter work hard and love what they do. The owner is not a behind the scenes kind of person. She's always out there taking care of customers and putting in the same hard work as the rest of her employees.
