I usually go in every few months and get a lovely sweet wine or two as a treat for myself, but this last trip in I waited at the bar area, not to taste, just to ask a question before picking out what I wanted to purchase. I was totally ignored for around 10 minutes while standing right in front of the bar/clerk! This was not an unusually busy day, only three couples were tasting and no one else in the store. I love Heritage Winery!! Janice and Chris were very helpful in getting me the bottles I needed after a long work day. Janice was very patient with me, as I walked in 10 minutes before they closed! Definitely my favorite place- and worth the drive from Bloomington!
Cheryl at this location was absolutely wonderful! This was the first time a friend and I had ever been and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and will definitely return again! Highly recommend this location if you love small shops and a relaxed atmosphere! She also recommended we stop in their main location near Fort Wayne Indiana that has a great atmosphere!
