The door has -new- opening hours of 12pm. your associates rudely told me that the store was closed. I told them the door says noon... (a computer printed sign). I then had to load up my very upset 5 year old and go elsewhere. two other parties went to the door after me and I had to tell them what I was told by the associates... so the money I was going to spend with Qdoba got spent at Topp't instead.
We just left after waiting in line for almost 10 minutes to have our order taken. We had to ask one young man to pull up his mask, which he did AFTER putting on his gloves!! 2 of the 3 women had masks covering ONLY mouths & NOT noses!! I just couldn’t think of eating food that’s been exposed to all those noses, so we left. I’m reporting you to the health dept.

QDOBA Mexican Eats is a restaurant known for its fresh and friendly service. The staff is attentive and polite, creating a pleasant dining experience. Customers often find it a nice place to grab a quick bite, especially during busy nights when the staff remains calm and ensures all ingredients are stocked. The atmosphere is relaxed, with dimmed lights adding a nice vibe. However, some reviewers noted issues with parking, as there were no marked spots for disabled people, making it difficult for disabled customers to access the restaurant. The restaurant is popular for lunch and offers generous portions and consistent quality of food. The manager, Josh, is recognized for being accommodating and apologizing for wait times, helping to ensure a positive experience despite occasional issues with chips, which some found to taste and smell bad. Overall, it is recommended for its good service and delicious Mexican cuisine.
