“We have been big fans of Sebastián for years and when we heard he had partnered to open his own place, we had to make the 20 minute drive to try it. We were so glad we did! We weren't surprised to find that Yummi Yummi has great service and great sushi! Thanks Sebastián and Juan for the continued kindness and wonderful service. “Overall solid food - it won’t blow your socks out, but solid fast food downtown Louisville.
They invest a decent amount in the carry out bento box.
The ambiance can be improved some. I do like the Snoopy quotes.“

“Couldn’t speak higher of our experience here! Sushi was DELICIOUS (we got the Foxy Lady & the No Name), prices were reasonable, service was impeccable and ambience was great. Our server gave great recommendations and we got 2 specialty sushi rolls and 2 drinks for under $50! We’ve heard from friends that sitting at the sushi bar is super fun, so we absolutely plan on coming back to experience that. This may be our new favorite sushi spot in town!“

“My boyfriend and I drive out of town about 40 minutes because this is our absolute favorite spot! The ambiance is wonderful, service is always nothing but great, and the fish is DELICIOUS!! The freshest sushi I’ve ever tasted in the area. The escolar is always a go to. I happily spend a decent amount here and take a roll home as well. Charlie has always been our server, by coincidence but he is always on top of it!! I can tell this business has a great team by how well everything comes out. Servers don’t auction off items, everyone is super polite, food comes out in a timely manner. I’ve been coming here for years and have consistently seen, for the most part, the same servers and that says A LOT in the service industry! Keep doing you guys!“
