“Stumbled across this place as I looked for a place to eat on my lunch break. Got the birria tacos (no cheese per my gut’s disagreement with dairy), and they were fantastic! Super fresh, perfectly seasoned. Some of the best I’ve had in terms of a “good and simple” taco. Many places over complicate the taco. These guys don’t! Simple is often better.“

“Came in today for Cinco de Mayo and I must say it was a great choice I had some of the best epic tacos ever Tried a kangaroo taco called thumper it was my first time having kangaroo and it was so delicious also tried the royal jewel epic taco which was lobster and truffle and omg it was phenomenal Great margaritas too The mandarin cream margarita was super tasty Definitely will be back again to try other epic tacos soon“

“This place is a hidden gem in Jeffersonville. Everything is amazing and they make sure that all of the food they sell is top notch quality! My wife and I always look forward to eating from this amazing place and seeing something new on the menu. The Roti's are my favorite and the homemade desserts are constantly changing. If you're new to the area or have never tried this spot you are in for a flavorful treat. The next time you stop into the Alcove make sure to go outback and try these wonderful delicacies. Congrats on winning Best Entrea!

“The tacos here are phenomenal. I have driven by this restaurant every night for 4 years on my way to work and finally decided to stop in. I regret not going sooner. The lengua tacos are soooo sooo good. The prices are reasonable. The service was fast and courteous. I will be stopping in on my way to work much more often!“

“I eat here once a week- at least. I've reviewed a ton of local restaurants and this one is on the top of my list for deliciousness. I can't stop going. when I want to impress one of my business friends with good food, I bring them to this little restaurant in the "hood" of South Louisville. If you are in the vicinity of the Louisville football stadium or Churchill Downs, stop by here.“

“The tacos are super delicious, the al pastor ones and the birria tacos are delicious and not to mention their green avocado salsa, the very delicious waters, definitely the best option to eat taquitos and the service, very friendly and super helpful, delicious 10/10 if I return.“

“I’ve been to luna’s many times in Louisville, and I was treated with kindness walking in, there’s a guy named Leo who met my needs when I asked for tomatoes in my guacamole, then I ordered a Cuban sandwich which was super delicious. I would recommend luna’s to anyone who wants to visit Louisville! Truly thankful for that experience !!

“My husband and i drive here at least once a week from Henryville to get these tasy tacos. They are well worth the trip, and the closest thing we have found to AUTHENTIC MEXICAN street tacos. They are NOT watered down Americanized tacos...so if you want the real deal eat one of these...you won"t be sorry. I will post pics next time we go.“
“Place re-opened from Berry Blvd to here. Same great food. It's inside the F&M Food Mart, so it's not dedicated to La Casita; but the same La Casita chef and proprietor is running it.Chicharron Gorditas and Torta Pastor are as awesome as always!“
