Taylor’s Meat Company is a great location for Cajun food and a great butcher shop. Their boudin is amazing, and the frog legs, hoagie, wedges, and collared greens are excellent. Customers found a flat iron steak here not available elsewhere in southern Indiana or Louisville, cooked like a Texas style Brisket. The boudin balls are also recommended. The service is friendly, and the restaurant handled orders of 100+ kabobs for company cookouts. If traveling far, call ahead as popular items often sell out, requiring a wait for restock.
