Idk what's going on but sadly every time I go the customer service and food gets a little worse... Seriously last time while I was ordering my food the girl literally scoffed at me. By the end of my order I felt like a dummy for being so polite by saying yes please, thank you, and have a great rest of your day 🤦

My wife drives every morning from muncie to new castle to get their biscuit and gravy but they took away the 2 for 5. They are gonna lose so much money now. One biscuit and a little cup of gravy is not worth 5 dollars. I know she enjoys her time every morning so I'm upset that they took that away from her but we will not be going back and it sucks! Our 7 year old daughter is gonna be heart broken over this!

The employees are the #1 reason why this place is so busy during breakfast! Aliaha,Tawni,Holly and Alissa work together really well and they really do care about the customer'ssatisfaction.. They have so many regulars including myself that come everyday and they never disappoint!
