Ming's is one of the best Chinese Buffet's in the state, and I've tried a few. Due to flooding damage in their neighborhood during the Northeast Indiana floods in late summer 2026, they had to close for repairs. I'm so happy to hear that they will now reopen in October 2026! Carry out reopens on Wednesday October 14 with dine soon to follow according to their official social media channels.

I've been coming here since I was a child and I'm so glad they made it through the pandemic. The food is very good. I love it but some people I've went with say it's a bit too sweet. The family who owns it is very friendly. They have a decent sized selection. They actually have sushi on the buffet which is surprising for a small town buffet. The food is good and filling and Mings has been a New Castle staple for years. I'm so glad it's an option!
