Stopped Tuesday the 16th. at 3 o'clock and purchased a dozen assorted. Decided at 5: 00 I wanted a donut. Hard and dry !! kept taking bites out of different ones, and all were worse than day old ones !!! Threw them out to the birds. I have been a customer since 1964. NO MORE !!!!!!!
You messed up. Your new production line donuts suck. Had a white yeast pretzel today and they are smaller in size, very greasy and taste like the donuts you can get from any grocery now. You have lost a long time customer. Anyone coming back home to New Castle that liked them when you lived here don't waste your time.
Its a shame that you cannot expect great service from all of the workers! First time I have EVER had an issue .... all because I requested a box. when asked if I wanted a dozen or half dozen, I said half dozen maybe a bit less. I was still looking at what was available that we wanted. I do not like my icing stuck to the paper instead of on my donut!! and I do not want nuts on my other donuts.
